Our system prices in $COP, this are the approximate rates that the system will exchange from COP to USD.
Standard Season: February, March (except 26-31), April (except 1-4), May, June 1-19, September, October (Except 4-12), November.
New Year Season: December 21-31 & January 1-12.

Additional Information
- Check In 3 pm – Check Out 11 am. If available we are flexible for late check out and early check in at an extra fee of $30 USD/hour.
- Children under 3 years old are free of charge.
- The maximum capacity of the Villa is 16 people in 1 KING + 3 QUEEN + 6 TWIN + DOUBLE SOFA BED.
- Additional guest´s after 8 are $65 USD/night. (Please see pricing table attached).
- We require an initial deposit of 30% to confirm the rental of the villa.
- The second payment for the remaining 70% is due 2 days before check in date.
- Payment with Wire Transfer or VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are available.
